NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Pinetop-Lakeside Town Council will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Council Regular Meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 7, 2023, in the Town Council Chambers, 325 W. White Mountain Blvd., Lakeside, Arizona to consider the following:
A minor amendment to the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside 2015 General Plan Land Use Element.
This is regarding the southeastern portion of APN 212-01-036P TN9R22ES16 totaling 6.1 acres on Vallery Lane in Lakeside and updating the land use designation from Low-Density Residential to Medium Density Residential. The applicant is GJR Properties, LLC.
