The Community Development Department of the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside is currently looking for two (2) individuals willing to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission, which is responsible for making recommendations to the Town Council on matters related to the General Plan, Zoning Ordinances, and Subdivision Regulations. The Planning and Zoning Commission also reviews and approves Conditional Use Permits and Variances, Site Plans, and functions as the Design Review Board.
There are currently two (2) vacancies with a term to end July 24, 2024. Applicants will be interviewed by the Town Council for approval. The application deadline is December 22, 2022 at 5:00 pm.
