NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Pinetop-Lakeside Town Council will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026, in the Town Council Chambers, 325 W. White Mountain Blvd., Lakeside, Arizona to consider the following:
Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding amending
Town Code Chapter 17.84 Site Plan and Plot Plan Review and Approval
AND
Town Code Chapter 16 Subdivisions
in accordance with House Bill 2447.
