NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Pinetop-Lakeside Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2025, in the Town Council Chambers, 325 W. White Mountain Blvd., Lakeside, Arizona to consider the following:
A Zoning Amendment to the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside Zoning Map (R-LOW 1 ACRE) Rural Zoning District – One (1) Acre Per Dwelling Unit to (R1-2) Single-Family Residential Zoning District – Twenty Thousand (20,000) Square Feet Per Dwelling Unit.
This is regarding parcels located near Rim Rd in Pinetop and amending the effective zoning map from (R-Low 1 Acre) Rural Zoning District to R1-2 Single-Family Residential Zoning District – Twenty Thousand (20,000) SQUARE FEET PER DWELLING UNIT. The affected parcels include 311-50-025B, 311-50-025C, 311-50-025D, 311-50-025E, 311-50-026A, 311-50-026B, 311-50-026C, 311-50-026D, 311-50-085 and 311-50-086.
