PINETOP-LAKESIDE COUNCIL CHAMBERS

APPEAL OF CUP-133.
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the general public that the Pinetop-Lakeside Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing beginning immediately after the Town Council Regular Meeting which convenes at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2023, in the Town Council Chambers, located at 325 W. White Mountain Blvd, Lakeside, AZ to consider a request:
The applicant, Vertical Bridge, is appealing the Planning and Zoning Commission’s decision to deny Conditional Use Permit 133 (CUP 133) which was an application to install a 180 foot monopine cell Tower at 2666 E. White Mountain Blvd. Pinetop, Arizona 85935 APN 411-43-008A. The current zoning is C-1, Light Commercial Zoning District.
