Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Pinetop-Lakeside Town Council will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Council Regular Meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 7, 2023, in the Town Council Chambers, 325 W. White Mountain Blvd, Lakeside, Arizona, to consider the following:
A request for a Zone Change (Z-86) from R-Low to R1-4 on the southeastern portion of APN 212-01-036P TN9R22ES16 totaling 6.1 acres on Vallery Lane in Lakeside. The applicant is GJR Properties, LLC.
