Candidate for Pinetop-Lakeside Town Council Withdraws from Race 

Pinetop-Lakeside, Ariz. – Town Council candidate Norris Dodd has filed paperwork with the 

Pinetop-Lakeside Town Clerk to voluntarily withdraw from a run-off election for a two-year term on 

the Town Council. Mr. Dodd submitted his notarized withdrawal form to the Town on August 24, 2022, 

and the form has been filed with the Navajo County Elections Office. 

As a result of Mr. Dodd’s withdrawal, and as required by the County, Lynn Krigbaum will appear 

on the November 8, 2022 General Election ballot as the only candidate for the two-year seat. In the 

August 2, 2022 Primary Election, Mr. Dodd received 453 votes, followed by Ms. Krigbaum with 387 

votes. Candidate Timothy Kendzlic received 243 votes. According to the Arizona Constitution (Article 7, 

Section 7) only Ms. Krigbaum is eligible to appear on the November ballot.
