Proposals shall be received and the submitting firms announced in the conference room
at Pinetop-Lakeside Town Hall, 325 W. White Mountain Blvd., Lakeside, AZ 85929. An
evaluation committee shall select, in order of preference and based on the criteria
established, a shortlist of firms deemed to be the most qualified to provide the services
required.
