On October 10, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to table two (2) items until November 14, 2024, to allow the Planning and Zoning Commission to meet for a Work Session on November 14, 2024, immediately followed by a Regular Meeting of the Commission. This was to discuss a request for a Minor Amendment to the Land Use Element of the General Plan from Forest to High Density and a Zone Change (Z-91) from R-Low to RVP on a portion of APN 212-01-036P TN9R22ES16 totaling 18.5 acres on Vallery Lane in Lakeside. The applicant is GJR Properties, LLC.
The applicant has rescinded their request at this time. The Work Session and Planning and Zoning Meeting originally scheduled for November 14, 2024, have been CANCELLED.
