NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Pinetop-Lakeside Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2024, in the Town Council Chambers, 325 W. White Mountain Blvd., Lakeside, Arizona to consider the following:
A minor amendment to the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside 2015 General Plan Land Use Element.
This notice concerns the following APNs: 212-01-019A, 212-01-019B, 212-01-020, 212-01-021A, 212-01-022C, and 212-01-022D containing 32.3± acres on the corner of Show Low Lake Road and White Mountain Blvd in Lakeside. The landowner proposes to update the land use designation from Low-Density Residential to High-Density Residential. The applicant is Cooper Properties Leasing, LLC.
A zoning amendment to the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside zoning map.
The applicant also proposes to rezone the aforementioned parcels from R-Low Rural Residential to PUD Planned Unit Development.
